AGREEMENT TO TERMS
Welcome to HistorAI. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the HistorAI mobile application ("App"), including any content, functionality, and services offered through the App. By downloading, accessing, or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the App.
CHANGES TO TERMS
We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. By continuing to use the App after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
Your use of the App is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding your personal information.
USER ACCOUNTS
To use certain features of the App, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES
The App offers both free and premium subscription services. Premium features include unlimited scans, offline access, additional historical context, and other benefits as described in the App. Subscription fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription through your app store account settings.
USER CONTENT
By uploading photos or other content to the App ("User Content"), you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such User Content for the purpose of providing and improving our services. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to the User Content you submit, and that such content does not violate the rights of any third party.
