These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the mobile application Mentor (the "App"), operated by Mobile Apps Raw Company, a company incorporated under French law ("we", "us", "our").

By creating an account, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the App.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account.
• You may create only one account per person.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal, unlawful, or fraudulent purpose.
• Harass, abuse, threaten, defame, or otherwise harm other users or third parties.
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, reverse‑engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the App, its systems, or networks.
• Use automated systems or scripts to extract data or overload the service.
• Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
