PLEASE READ THIS END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT ("AGREEMENT") CAREFULLY BEFORE DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, OR USING THE SCAMSCANNER APPLICATION ("APPLICATION"). THIS AGREEMENT CONSTITUTES A LEGALLY BINDING CONTRACT BETWEEN YOU AND MOBILE APPS RAW COMPANY. BY DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, OR USING THE APPLICATION, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT.
1.1 "Company" refers to Mobile Apps Raw Company, a legal entity registered in France.
1.2 "Application" refers to the ScamScanner mobile application, including all of its contents, features, and functionality.
1.3 "User" or "You" refers to the individual who downloads, installs, accesses, or uses the Application.
1.4 "Content" refers to all information submitted to the Application by Users, including but not limited to messages, emails, and social media posts submitted for analysis.
1.5 "Premium Subscription" refers to the paid service that provides full access to the Application's features beyond the initial 3-day free trial period.
2.1 License Grant. Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Application for your personal, non-commercial purposes on compatible devices that you own or control.
2.2 Restrictions. You shall not: a) Copy, modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive source code from the Application; b) Distribute, sublicense, lease, rent, loan, or otherwise transfer the Application to any third party; c) Remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary rights notices (including copyright and trademark notices) contained in or on the Application; d) Use the Application for any illegal, harmful, fraudulent, infringing, or objectionable purpose; e) Use the Application to transmit any viruses, worms, defects, Trojan horses, or any items of a destructive nature; f) Use any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access the Application for any purpose; or g) Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Application.
3.1 Free Trial. Upon initial registration, you will receive a 3-day free trial of the Premium Subscription.
3.2 Premium Subscription. After the free trial period, continued use of the Application requires purchase of a Premium Subscription according to the pricing displayed in the Application.
3.3 Payment. All payments shall be made through authorized payment methods available in the Application. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
3.4 Renewal and Cancellation. Premium Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription management settings.
4.1 User Content. By submitting Content to the Application, you grant the Company a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, modify, and process this Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Application's services.
4.2 Privacy. The Company's collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information are governed by the Company's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.
